Frequently asked questions

ClassHub is designed for any organization that needs to manage teacher schedules and student bookings. This includes language schools, music schools, tutoring centers (juku), dance studios, art schools, sports academies, and other lesson-based businesses.

We send invoices at the beginning of each month for the following month's service. For example, you'll get an October invoice (due October 31st) that covers your November service.

Mid-month starts are prorated automatically. Payment is by bank transfer.

Yes. For monthly plans, submit a cancellation request during any month and you'll be billed for one additional month with full access throughout that period.

Annual plans cannot be canceled mid-term, but you can submit a non-renewal request to prevent automatic renewal.

You can export all your data as CSV files before canceling (passwords excluded for security).

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then permanently deleted.

No. Students access your ClassHub booking site from any device – phone, tablet, or computer – with nothing to download or install.

Connect your own meeting service (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Meeting links appear automatically in teacher and student schedules.

Yes. The entire system is available in both English and Japanese. You and your staff can switch languages anytime, and students see the booking site in their preferred language.

Most schools launch the same day. Simply add your teachers, students, and lesson slots – and you're ready to go.

Yes. Add your own logo and set your brand color.

Studio and Network plans also let you connect your own domain instead of using yourschool.kurasu.app.
