Lesson Management
Create and manage lesson types in your school. Lessons define what can be booked, who can teach them, and how much they cost in credits.
Lessons with a value of zero credits provide flexible scheduling options for events that shouldn't consume student credits. These can include:
- Non-teaching appointments (counseling, advising, admin meetings)
- Special events or seminars run by teaching staff
- Open houses, orientations, or group activities
- Any other bookable event your school needs to schedule
You control student access by either:
- Adding the lesson to student contracts - Students can book directly through their booking site
- Admin-only bookings - Keep the lesson off student contracts and book students manually as needed using the Lesson Rules override
Note: These appointments will not consume student credits. However, if the student's contract has the monthly booking limit turned on, these will count toward that limit.
See Teacher Management for details on setting up non-teaching staff for scheduling.
