Schedule List
The Schedule List displays all lesson slots in your system with powerful filtering and export options.
Main Controls
Reset
Reset all filters
Teachers ▼
Export teacher class and hour data for the selected period (includes all slots in the selected period regardless of other filters). Report contains: Scheduled Slots, Booked Slots, Scheduled Hours, Booked Hours.
Slots ▼
Export slot and attendance data for the selected period (includes all slots in the selected period regardless of other filters).

Creating Slots
Slots are the building blocks of your schedule. Each slot represents a specific time period assigned to one teacher that can be booked by students or assigned to other work.
Slot Configuration
Lesson Date
Date of the lesson
Lesson Time
Lesson start time. The lesson end time will be filled in automatically based on the Lesson Length in Settings.
Default (Toggle)
Toggle off to customize the lesson length.
Memo
Visible to teachers. Not visible to students.
Open From
Editable. Initially autofilled based on Available From in Settings.
Cancelable Until
Editable. Initially autofilled based on Cancel By in Settings.
Location
Select a physical location or Online Only.
+ Online (Toggle)
Allow a physical location slot to also be used for online bookings.
Link
For slots which allow online lessons only. A meeting link for this slot.
A link in the slot setup takes precedence over the teacher's online link if both are present.
The lesson link becomes available to students 5 minutes before the scheduled start. Do not change the link after that point. Students and teachers will not be notified of the change and may join using the old link, resulting in missed lessons.
Teacher
Select teacher for this lesson. Selecting a teacher who is booked in another slot at this time will result in failure to save.
Lesson
Lessons that can be booked for this slot. Only lessons that have been assigned to the teacher are shown.
Lesson Rules (Toggle)
On (Default): Apply lesson days and time availability.
Off: Show all lessons assigned to the selected teacher regardless of lesson days and time availability.

Viewing Slots & Managing Bookings
Lesson Booking
Lesson Rules (Toggle)
Show and allow booking to lessons that the selected student does not have access to (lessons assigned to contract).
Booking Rules (Toggle)
Allow booking regardless of contract booking limit.
- Select student from dropdown menu
- A list of bookable courses will appear
- Select Book for physical location or Book Online
- Students must have an active contract to make bookings.
- The credit cost of a lesson cannot be overridden (i.e., a student cannot book a lesson if they don't have a contract with enough credits for the lesson).
Other Booking
Display the list of Other Bookings as defined in Settings. Other bookings do not differentiate between physical lessons and online lessons. Other bookings cannot have students added to the slot.

Cancel
Cancel the lesson
Limit (Toggle)
On (Default): Applies the cancellation rules: 1) The slot's Cancelable Until, and 2) The student contract's Cancellation Limit.
Off: Refunds the value of the lesson regardless of Cancelable Until or Cancellation Limit.
Waiting List
The waiting list option is always available to school admins regardless of the student site setting.
Editing & Deleting Slots
Unbooked slots can be fully edited or deleted.
Booked slots cannot be deleted and have the following editing restrictions: Lesson Date, Lesson Time, Open From, Cancelable Until, Location*
Slots booked at physical locations have a Change to Online toggle to the right of the selected location.
Changing the lessons of a booked slot will not affect the current booking.
Calendar
The Calendar view provides a visual representation of your schedule with quick access to slot management.
Calendar Navigation
Click on an existing slot to view and edit the slot.
Click on a blank area of the calendar in Week or Day view to create a new slot. Date and time information will be prefilled (editable). Click to the right or left of an existing slot to create another slot at the same time.
Calendar granularity is determined by the Display Interval setting.

Create
Enter Quickbuild Mode. Choose teacher and location at the top of the screen and create lessons with one click. All time and teacher defaults are applied.

Enter Quick Delete mode. Delete unbooked slots with one click.

Filter the calendar to only show slots containing the selected lesson
All Locations
Filter the calendar to only show slots at the selected location
