Student Booking Site

The student booking site is a mobile-friendly interface where students can view and book lessons, manage their schedule, and access course materials.

Bookings

This is where students find their list of upcoming lessons.

Canceling Lessons

Lessons can be canceled directly from this screen, subject to the cancellation policies set in the student's contract.

Joining Online Lessons

For online lessons, a Join button appears on the booking. Join buttons are inactive until 5 minutes before the lesson start time.

ℹ️ Note

The lesson will open in a new tab. If the student's browser blocks pop-ups, the meeting link URL will be displayed in small text above the button as a fallback.

List

List view displays all lesson slots the student is eligible to book based on their active contracts.

Viewing Available Slots

By default, only slots with space availability are shown. Selecting All Lessons will also show fully booked lessons.

Booking Process

After selecting a slot, students will be presented with booking options:

  • Available courses that can be booked with their contract(s)
  • Location options (in-school or online, if applicable)

Waiting List

If Waiting List is enabled in Student Site Settings, students have the option of joining a waiting list for a fully booked class. They will be notified when a space becomes available.

Calendar

The calendar view provides a visual overview of the student's schedule and available booking opportunities.

Color Coding

  • Light grey slots – Available for booking
  • Dark grey slots – Unavailable
  • Colored slots – Booked by the student

Day View

In the day view, booked slots show the name of the course booked.

ℹ️ Note

Students can only view upcoming classes. Past classes are not visible on the calendar.

User Info

The User Info section provides access to student resources and settings.

If a Material Link is entered on the student profile, a text button will be displayed here for easy access to course materials.

If a Student Link is entered on the student profile, a text button will be displayed here. This can be used for shared documents, lesson notes, or other resources.

Lesson Reminder

When selected, the student will receive a reminder of the day's lessons at 7am. An email address must be registered on the student profile for this feature to work.

Lesson Plan

Displays details of the student's active contracts, including:

  • Contract type (Package or Monthly)
  • Payment Status
  • Credit balance
  • Contract expiry date
  • Available lesson types

History

The History section provides a complete record of all past booking activity for the student, including:

  • Date and time of lesson
  • Booking or cancelation
  • Credit change
  • Contract used
  • Course type
  • Lesson location
