Teacher Portal
The teacher portal provides teachers with access to their schedule, student information, and lesson management tools.
Teachers can only view their own lessons. If a teacher needs access to other teachers' lessons, create an Admin account for them instead.
Lesson List
By default, the lesson list shows all upcoming lessons for the teacher in the next week. Dates are adjustable to view classes in the future or past.
Booked Lessons
Booked lessons display the following information:
First Line
- Private lessons: Student ID and name
- Group lessons: "Group" followed by number of booked students and capacity (e.g., "Group 3/5")
- Green "Booked" status tag
Second Line
- Booked lesson name or non-lesson booking name (hover to see lesson code)
- Lesson location
Unbooked Lessons
Unbooked lessons display on a single line:
- Left side: Lessons that can be booked
- Right side: Lesson location and "Online" indicator if available
Lesson Details
The Lesson Details screen provides access to lesson-specific information, student materials, attendance controls, and teaching notes.
Lesson Details are accessible from both the lesson list and by clicking on a slot on the calendar.
Lesson Information
Link (Icon)
For online lessons, this displays the meeting link. The system will show either the slot's online link or the teacher's default online link.
If both a slot link and teacher link are present, the slot's link takes precedence.
Memo (Icon)
If present, displays a note from school administration related to this specific lesson only.
Student Information
Student Name
If displayed in color, click to open the Student Link as set in Student Management. This provides access to shared documents or resources specific to this student.
Material
If displayed in color, click to open the Material Link as set in Student Management. This provides access to course materials or textbooks for this student.
Profile Notes
Editable notes field for this student. Use this to track progress, behavioral observations, or teaching notes specific to this student.
Don't forget to click Save before leaving this page. Changes to profile notes are not automatically saved.
