Accessing User Settings
Admin and Teacher Sites
Click your username in the top right corner of the screen to access user settings.
Student Site
User settings are available on the User Info page.
Available Settings
Language
Switch between English and Japanese interface language.
Password
Change your account password. See the Password Management section below for details.
Update your email address for account notifications and password recovery.
Lesson Reminders
Receive an email reminder of the days' lessons. For students and teachers only.
Password Management
Changing Your Password
Passwords can be changed in three ways:
- Via User Settings / User Info : Logged in users can change their own password.
- By Admin Users: Admin users with appropriate permission settings can change passwords for any user through the admin interface.
- Using Forgot Password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen (requires a valid email address).
If an admin changes a user's password via the admin interface, the user will be automatically logged out if they are currently logged in.
The "Forgot Password" link can also be used for initial password setup when creating new user accounts.
